Tofu Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Package of Superior Tofu’s Organic Extra Firm Tofu
1 cup Panko or Regular Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1\3 cup of flour
1 egg, whisked
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut tofu into bite size cubes. Combine breadcrumbs and all seasonings in a bowl set aside. Start by coating tofu cubes in flour followed by egg then bread crumbs. Make sure all sides of the tofu is coated in the bread crumb mixture.
Transfer the tofu bites onto a pan lined with foil and bake for a total of 30 minutes, turning the tofu bites half way through.
Serve with BBQ sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
